01 Ownership
The TrustBadge website, service code, API design, original text, generated interface images, visual identity, badge artwork, world package, prefabs, scripts, documentation, and other original materials are owned by the TrustBadge operators and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership transfers under this License.
02 Public Site Use
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the public website and service for their intended purpose under the Terms of Service. You may link to public pages and share unmodified public social cards when accurately referring to TrustBadge.
03 World Package Grant
When the TrustBadge team authorizes a world owner and provides the official package or key, that owner receives a limited license to install, configure, and use the package in the specifically authorized VRChat world or project. The grant is personal to the approved owner, does not include ownership, and may be subject to additional written commercial or deployment terms supplied with the package.
04 Restrictions
Unless the TrustBadge team gives written permission, you may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, mirror, or publicly upload the package, source, keys, or private documentation
- Remove ownership, attribution, security, or license notices
- Use TrustBadge branding to imply endorsement, partnership, or official VRChat status
- Extract or reuse visual assets, copy, or code to create a confusingly similar service
- Bypass service controls, share an authorization between unrelated worlds, or derive keys
- Use the materials for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or privacy-invasive activity
05 Modifications and Updates
Configuration changes documented for world owners are permitted. Other modifications are unsupported unless approved. Updates may replace earlier package versions, change compatibility, or require refreshed credentials. The TrustBadge team is not responsible for failures caused by modified, outdated, or unofficial copies.
06 Trademarks and Third Parties
TrustBadge names, logos, and visual identifiers may be used only for accurate reference to an authorized integration. VRChat, Discord, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Third-party libraries, fonts, or dependencies remain governed by their own license notices and are not relicensed by this document.
07 Termination
This License ends automatically if you materially breach it or the Terms of Service. On termination, you must stop using restricted materials, remove unauthorized package copies and keys, and stop presenting the affected world as an active TrustBadge integration. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, warranty, and liability survive termination.
08 Permissions and Questions
